MICE: Rovaniemi & Levi (5 Days – 4 Nights)
Experience the best of Finnish Lapland in one journey. This five-day incentive runs from Rovaniemi, the official hometown of Santa Claus, to the snowy fells of Levi — a balance of city culture, adventure, and wilderness comfort for groups who deserve a real reward.
We handle a smooth, VIP experience from start to finish, pairing high-standard city hotels with a night under the Northern Lights in a glass igloo. From snowmobiles and huskies to reindeer and snowshoes, the classic Arctic activities are included, alongside memorable local food.
Day 1: Arrival & Santa Claus
Welcome: On arrival at Rovaniemi Airport, your personal local host meets you in the arrivals hall.
Santa’s home: We head straight to Santa Claus Village for lunch at Nova Skyland restaurant, then visit the village for a private meeting with Santa Claus himself.
Check-in: Transfer to Hotel Scandic Rovaniemi City or equivalent to settle into your single rooms.
Dinner & aurora hunt: Dinner at Restaurant Gustav, then a Lakeside Aurora Paparazzi Tour — we drive away from the city lights to find the Northern Lights, with a professional photographer ready to capture the moment.
Day 2: Snowmobiles & Ice
Morning: A Nordic breakfast and free time to explore Rovaniemi city centre.
Adventure: After a buffet lunch at the hotel, head out on a snowmobile safari through the snowy forests.
Evening: We drive to the Arctic SnowHotel.
Dinner & tour: A guided tour of the ice sculptures and snow rooms, followed by a three-course dinner in the Ice Restaurant.
Day 3: Reindeer & Levi
Morning culture: Start the day with a reindeer safari — sit back in the sleigh and enjoy the peaceful ride.
Transfer to Levi: After lunch in Rovaniemi, board the private bus for the two-hour drive north to Levi.
Glass igloo stay: Check in to the Northern Lights Village Levi. You stay in Aurora Cabins, with the chance to watch the Northern Lights from your warm bed.
Dinner: A buffet dinner at the resort restaurant.
Day 4: Huskies & King Crab
Nature hike: After breakfast, head out on a guided snowshoe safari into the quiet wilderness around Levi.
Lunch: A buffet lunch at the resort.
Husky safari: In the afternoon, meet the dogs and take a husky safari along the winter trails.
Farewell dinner: For the final evening, we head to Levi centre for a farewell dinner at the King Crab House.
Day 5: Departure
Return: After a final Nordic breakfast at the glass igloo resort, our team assists with check-out.
Your private bus then transfers the group from Levi to Kittilä Airport or Rovaniemi Airport, depending on your flight schedule.
Farewell: Your dedicated host makes sure all luggage and travel arrangements are in order and wishes you a safe journey home.
