DMC Lapland plans and runs MICE events, incentive trips, and group travel across Finnish Lapland. From the first enquiry to on-site delivery, we arrange venues, accommodation, transfers, activities, and evening programmes – so corporate organisers work with one local team instead of booking each supplier separately. We cover the whole region, from Rovaniemi and Ivalo to Levi and Saariselkä.
We block and manage hotels and lodges across Lapland for groups of any size, from city hotels in Rovaniemi to wilderness resorts and glass-roof cabins. We match the property to your group, budget, and programme, and handle the rooming list and contracts.
We arrange all group transport in Lapland — airport transfers, coaches between hotels and venues, and logistics for activity days. Our network covers Finnish Lapland and reaches across the border into Sweden and Norway when your programme needs it.
We design incentive trips and MICE programmes that mix meetings with Arctic experiences. From team-building on the snow to reward trips for top performers, we build the full itinerary and run it on the ground so the organiser has one local point of contact.
