Activities in Lapland
Looking for things to do in Lapland for a corporate group or incentive? DMC Lapland arranges the full range of Arctic activities and runs them on the ground, so your group gets a smooth, well-organised programme rather than a list of separate bookings.
From husky and reindeer safaris to snowmobiling, Northern Lights hunts, and icebreaker cruises, every activity works as a group experience and doubles as team-building. We provide the guides, equipment, and winter clothing, match each activity to your group’s size and goals, and handle the transport and timing across the whole programme.
Activities run year-round: snow and aurora in winter, hiking and nature programmes in summer and autumn. Tell us your dates, group size, and what you have in mind, and we will build the right mix.

Santa Claus Village
Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi is a year-round favourite for groups and a natural addition to any Lapland programme. Your group can meet Santa Claus, cross the Arctic Circle line, and send a postcard from the official Santa Claus Post Office.
It works well as a welcome or farewell activity, or paired with a lunch or dinner nearby. We arrange transfers, timing, and any private meetings so the visit runs smoothly for groups of any size.

Aurora Hunting
A Northern Lights hunt is one of the most memorable activities you can offer a group. We drive away from the city lights to the best viewing spots, with experienced guides who track the conditions to maximise your group’s chances.
It pairs naturally with a campfire, a warm meal, or a reindeer or snowmobile leg, and we can bring a professional photographer along to capture the group under the aurora.

Icebreaker Cruises
An icebreaker cruise is a genuine standout for an incentive or reward trip. Your group boards a working icebreaker, sails through the frozen Gulf of Bothnia, and watches the ship crush through thick sea ice.
For the brave, there is the chance to float in the icy sea in a warm survival suit. We handle the coast transfer, timing, and catering so the day runs as a seamless part of your programme.

Snowmobile Safari
A snowmobile safari is a high-energy group activity that scales easily for incentives and team-building. Guided by experienced instructors, your group rides through snowy forests and across frozen lakes, with routes and pace matched to the group’s experience.
We provide thermal gear, helmets, and full safety briefings, and can combine the safari with a reindeer or husky visit, a campfire lunch, or a Northern Lights leg.

Husky Safari
A husky safari is a group favourite — energetic teams of dogs pull your group through the winter landscape, led by experienced mushers. Participants can take turns driving their own sled, which makes it a natural team activity.
We provide guides, equipment, and winter clothing, and arrange the visit alongside a welcome in a kota or a traditional meal for a fuller half-day experience.

Reindeer Sled Ride
A reindeer safari offers a calmer, cultural counterpoint to the faster activities. Led by Sámi herders, your group glides through snowy forest on a sleigh and learns about reindeer herding and Sámi traditions.
It is a good fit for mixed groups and pairs well with a husky safari or a kota lunch. Groups can also earn an official reindeer driving licence as a memento of the trip.

Request a MICE or incentive proposal
Send us the basics — group size, travel dates, and what you’d like to do — and we’ll build a proposal around it. Whether it’s a single transfer, a few activities, or a full programme with hotels, safaris, and meals, one local team handles the lot. We’ll come back with options and a price, usually within one working day.
