Email us at lapland@eudmc.com or use the contact form with three basics: how many people are travelling, your dates, and the kind of programme you have in mind. We come back with a tailored proposal and indicative pricing, normally within one working day.

Yes — that’s our core work. We put together the whole event: meeting space, accommodation, transport, activities, catering, and a coordinator on the ground, so your team simply turns up and takes part rather than chasing suppliers.

Husky and reindeer safaris, snowmobiling, Northern Lights evenings, ice fishing, and trips to Santa Claus Village are the usual favourites. We choose and pace the programme around your headcount, your agenda, and how active the group wants to be.

We do. We source meeting rooms, auditoriums, and event spaces in and around Rovaniemi and set them up the way you need — seating layout, catering, and AV. Give us your group size and format, and we’ll match the room to it.

Anything from city hotels and large room blocks to signature stays such as glass igloos and wilderness lodges. We balance location, budget, and group size, and can split a group across properties when that works better.

Yes. We can assign local guides and an on-site coordinator who stays with your group throughout, keeps the timing on track, and deals with anything unexpected so you don’t have to.

Yes. We organise airport pick-ups and all ground transport — from cars and minibuses to full-size coaches — for any group size, with drivers who are used to Lapland’s winter roads and timings.

We’re based in Rovaniemi and run programmes right across Finnish Lapland. Through the EU DMC network we can also link up with partner offices in Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo, and Tallinn for itineraries that span more than one country.

DMC Lapland holds the Good Travel Seal certification and works with local suppliers to keep programmes responsible and to put spending back into the community.
