MICE: Icebreaker & Rally (5 Days – 4 Nights)
Give your team a reward they will remember. This five-day package blends the thrill of ice rally driving with the comfort of Lapland, taking your group from the driver’s seat of a rally car to the deck of a working icebreaker.
We handle a smooth, VIP experience from start to finish: a full day drifting on frozen tracks, an icebreaker cruise, and classic Arctic safaris. Your group stays at the award-winning Arctic Light Hotel, with private transfers and a dedicated local host throughout.
Day 1: Arrival & Welcome
VIP welcome: On landing at Rovaniemi Airport, your local host meets the group in the arrivals hall.
Transfer: A private coach takes you on the short drive to the city centre.
Check-in: A smooth, pre-registered check-in at the 5-star Arctic Light Hotel.
Welcome dinner: The trip begins with dinner at the hotel’s highly rated restaurant, setting the tone for the days ahead.
Day 2: Safaris & Huskies
Morning: After breakfast, you collect your thermal gear and helmets.
Snowmobile safari: Start your engines for a ride through the Finnish countryside.
Reindeer & huskies: Arrive at a traditional farm for a welcome in a kota, learn about reindeer herding, and earn your official reindeer driving licence. Then visit a husky farm and drive your own team on a sled ride.
Dinner: A traditional dinner in a Finnish hut, with salmon cooked over an open fire.
Day 3: Icebreaker Cruise
The journey: A full-day adventure. We transfer you to the coast to board an icebreaker ship.
The cruise: Sail through the frozen Gulf of Bothnia and watch the ship crush the thick ice beneath you.
Ice floating: For the brave, step off the ship and float in the icy sea in a warm survival suit.
Evening: Return to Rovaniemi for a relaxed dinner at your hotel.
Day 4: Ice Rally Competition
Rally action: A day of speed and team building on the ice tracks — a safe but genuinely thrilling driving experience.
Vehicles & competition: Drive Cross Cars, Funny Cars, and ATVs. After training, the team competes in a Rally Sprint to crown the fastest driver.
Co-pilot ride: Feel the real speed as a passenger with a pro rally driver drifting on the ice.
Celebration: The day ends with an awards ceremony and dinner at Santamus.
Day 5: Santa & Departure
Morning: After breakfast we check out and head to the Santa Claus Village.
Santa & Arctic Circle: Meet Santa Claus, cross the Arctic Circle line, and send a postcard from the official Santa Claus Post Office.
Departure: Your private coach transfers the group to the airport in good time, full of adrenaline and shared memories.
